Xifaxan

Hey there.  I took Xifaxan a few months ago.  I didn't like the side affects & I really didn't notice a difference after my prescription was up.  I took it for about 14 days.  The side effects I had were diarrhea (more then I normally have), nauseau, a general feeling of "not feeling like myself".  My gastro doc told me that it wasn't normal for anyone to have these side effects so maybe I had a bad experience?  I would be willing to try it again if I knew the 2nd time around helped (for some this is the case).  Evne though I had a base experience I would say give it a try.  There was something in the news today about how it has been linked to helping those with IBS.  good luck to you!
