 I am a 29 year old female, I have pain from the left side under my rib-cage and radiates to the left side of my back. and a stabbing pain right by my heart to my left shoulder.. Lately i can not stand on my feet for more that 2 hours,, i have to lie down a bit for the pain to go away.. I do have chronic constipation problems for more than 4 years(i can not go without using suspositories,or laxitives),  I was previously diagnosed with H-Pylori twice.. i did take all the meds.. prev-pac for 14 days and prevacid for 8 weeks..I am at lost now.. wonder what these are symptoms for. sad   i am open for any suggestions..

Hi Misstired, so sorry your not feeling too good. I'm not usually in this forum, normally in the lupus one. I seen your post had no replies so i thougt I'd bump it back up incase it got overlooked. I also have chronic constipation so I know how bad the pain can be. I really don't know what the pain near your heart can be, but the pain under your ribs around to the back could be a urine/kidney infection. I suffer with these repeatedly. Maybe you could get this checked even just to rule it out. i hope someone with more experience answers soon. Good luck, Cath x x

Hello misstierd, I go through what you do allso Ive had it for 18 yrs I hate it. It mainly gas preshure I would think gas can do alot of
things that cause pain . Did you see a Dr? about it. sometimes they dont know what to do. but still go if it gets that bad. I think If I
would eat right I will fell better.

thanks for your reply, honestly..  i really appreciate it.. i am really happy to see that lots of people here care about each other,, :-) i have not gone to the dr. since march of 2006.. kind of embarassed to tell them what i have.. i am worried you can be right about the kidney/urine infection.. do you know what kind of tests are for that??  it is just getting worse.. i made an appointment to see the dr on wednesday,, so i will see how that goes..

my doctor always told me to get on a fiber diet.. not that i have much gas.. hhhhhhhhhh i have also started taking this green dieters tea.. it does help me go.. but causes a bit of cramping.. i am not sure if it is even safe..

Misstierd, How about coffee or somthing warm to drink not milk cause ,it seems to worsen on some peolple..D. hear about this kind of stuff all the time I have been to Dr. alot
He may give you zelnorm I have takin it and it does work but the first couple of times you take it you do cramp
and gasy. but it will work and its safe. I need to go get more myself but Im trying to just do go natural . So ask him about Zelnorm is it right for you. Id lay off the lazatives
they seem to cause pain. I am going to try what someone told me on here herbal teas and a heating pad. and eat that yogurt they addvertize that helps your digestion. let me know how you are doing.

:-)  How are ya?  i hope everyone is in the best state of health.. Yes i actually drink green tea in the morning, i heard it is good for your metabolism,  I actually heard about zelnorm too.. a friend of mine told me about it.. i will defintely ask the dr. about it. thanks!!!!  :-)   i just hate the fact of living on laxitives all my life.  sad   b4 i used to eat high fiber cereals in the morning too.. that actually helped.. now just lazy. like fiber one, i know that fiber diet is driving us crazy.. it is the pain that is on my left side and back that is worring me,, i think i held back seeing the dr, for to long.. i will let you know how that trip goes..
