Okay... I'm thinking that my irregularities may be from those antibiotics I was on not too long ago. In attempt to fight off this annoyance, I decided I need to turn back towards one of my favorite foods: Yogurt!
Now, I've heard of "live" yogurt with all them friendly bacteria, but the question is, is ALL yogurt "live"? Or would only certain types of yogurt be "live"? I was thinking maybe plain yogurt would be it, but I wanted to check up with you guys before I dive and get it.
