I've got it... It's great!

Another good book is "The First Year: IBS" -- Both are super informative.

Ive got The First Year: IBS too, its very helpful. Not seen IBS for Dummies, will look out for it.

Both are very good books and I would definitely recommend them.

I have IBS the first year and IBS for Dummies and Eating for IBS i think thats the name

I've got that one too, "Eating for IBS."

I think I have like 6 or 7 different IBS books. All super informative. "Knowledge is Power."
