Hi NJK,
Thanks for your reply - but I disagree. I know that I need to be on meds.... my father suffered greatly from mental illness, and refused to take his medicine and in the end the illness took his life. My cousins also suffer. It's genetic, it's an illness and needs conventional medication. I know it's a cliche, but if you have a headache, you take a Tylonol, you don't suffer.....
sorry to hear the genetic problem you have. i have the same problem in my family. but i disagree.. when you have a headache, you don't have to take tylenol. That covers up the real problem and makes it only worse. Drinking water, myofascial trigger point therapy, etc. are what you really SHOULD do for that problem. sorry to be technical but i had to say it.
how much water do you drink in a day?
i ask these types of questions to make progress. why shoot down conversation like this, if it's all you have? only your docs can prescribe you these meds, we cant.
when God created humans, do you think He made us to be depressed, and all the other common health problems we have? no, and neither did He create the synthetic drugs we take. it's a repeating process. you need to search for what the REAL problem is, instead of covering it up.
you don't have to accept what you have just because it's genetic. it only remains if you let it remain.
