I try to avoid all the foods that I know trigger gas but I still get it in the morning before I need to have a bowel movement.I did buy the peppermint oil pills have not tried it cause I hear it causes heartburn a little scared to take it.I am glad that I do get gas in the morning cause all I need to do is pass it then I'm alright for the rest of the day until I eat again and it's huge amounts of it too.I'm glad that I get that out the way in the morning and I go about
my day ok.I did end up purchasing a bike starting to bike ride that I know is a good source of working out and may limit my symptoms and keep things in flow.I was so happy to get out today and just bike ride I know it's also a good source of therapy for me a way to release built up frustration.I will try the peppermint oil pills tomorrow after I eat or before a meal not sure which I'll read the bottle tonight wishing everyone good digestive health all my love.
