I've been on Culturelle and Kyo-Dophilus for a couple years. I love them both!! When my IBS first started, a few years back, I took Acidophilus and they made me super gassy. To each his own, though... You have to see what works for you.
In addition to the probiotics, I also eat at least 1 Dannon Acitivia or 1 DanActive a day. It really does do wonders keeping your gut in balance. I hope it keeps up for you.
