when started to take acidopuliss they felt worse like more bloated and stuff
i have just stared mine and i feel 10 times worse bloated more consapated and stuff is it normal

Do you mean probiotics? If so, yes. It's very common to have increased gas and bloating at first, until your body adjusts to it.

You should gradually get better as the days progress. After a week or 2 it should pass.
