I am the same as you, down to a measly sandwhich a day...and with Turkey day coming wouldn't you know
but a nice lady here mentioned the pesty ovaries so what I thought may be IBS may be ovary issues, so I'm now the opposite of you..So far my doctor has had me in for an abdominal x-ray (KUB) and tons of lab work such as the Chem comp, CBC etc. After that I'm not sure what he has in mind when I go back on the 11th, but I would start there maybe? sorry you are so miserable, but I know what it is like to eat such a small portion and feel as if you have eaten an entire plate of food
Somebody mentioned the C word and yep that is an unpleasant factor as well, I take a lot of otc medication to help things along and that is pretty much the only thing that works, so if you are also having something like that it is worth looking into.
I thought I would add that the greasiest food I eat is a grilled cheese sandwhich since I'm a vegetarian The other day my husband asked me if I had eaten anything greasy and I told him yes, a grilled cheese and he looked at me like I was nutty...to him greasy is a cheese burger or steak, so I guess I'm pretty low fat, low grease
