I tried ginger tea, didn't find it hugely helpful. Peppermint tea sounds cliched, but I find if I'm feeling sick or have heartburn it helps. Brew it strong, and sip it really slowly, letting your stomach get used to the volume of liquid gradually.
Ps. I was offered a prescription for something anti-nausea from my GP, but turned it down because there was a tiny risk of muscle spasms that cause your eyes to roll back in your head. If you're desperate enough to want to try, you could ask your GP.
