Pneumatosis colon

Has anyone ever heard of Pneumatosis colon?  I have had IBS for years, and  could not keep it under control.  I have diarrhia all the time, and feel the urge to go to the bathroom almost every time I eat.  I recently had a colonoscopy again, and the Dr. told me that every thing looked okay other than some type of nodules that were in the walls of my intestines.  He finally admitted to me that he had never heard of them before, and he had to get his book out to research it.  He said that the report from the person who read my biopsies said that these looked like pneumatosis colon.  If anyone knows anything about, please let me know.  I am having trouble searching for any kind of information
