Hey everyone! I am generally in the anxiety/panic forum, but I thought I could find some advice here for some stomach/bowel troubles I've been having, and some that I've had my entire life.
First of all, I've dealt with constipation since I was a baby. I'm talking months without going. When I was about 9 we finally got that under control for the most part. I now only deal with it for a few days at a time. I eat fiber tablets and occasionally drink some myralax if
needed.
One thing I wanted to ask about was the experiences that both me and my
mom have. We call them, "stomach attacks". They are usually a couple of hours long. Basically it's us crying while sitting on the toilet in pain. Mine generally end after I've excreted all my bowels in me, and throw up. I never have relief until I throw up. I was wondering if any of you knew anything about this. It happens to my mom like once every two or three months, while I've only experienced it about 4 times in two years.
Lastly, I wanted to ask about this thing I've been experiencing for about two weeks. I was having normal bowels for a few days, then diahhrea(sorry of my spelling is wrong) for two days. During those two days, i felt as if I was going to throw up everytime I "went", but never actually did. The pain was quite intense, though. Since then I've been constipated until today. I haven't had "the runs", but I am having the same pain. I feel as if I am going to
vomit, and Ive been having small bowels.
Any input is appreciated. :) I don't have health insurance
right now, but I start a full time job Monday, so I can get that all straightened out.
