I just had a question about
miralax. I've been taking it for quite awhile now,(around a year or more)and I really really wish I could stop because I've heard it's harmful in the long term, but every time I try and quit I get down to about
half of a dose(I take one dose daily) and then everything just stops working,I can't go at all without it. idk what to do,I'm just so scared for the future. has anyone on here been on miralax for a long time(years?) without negative side effects? or any side effects, does anyone have experience with this? I'm only 17-I don't know what I'll do if it just stops working. thank u.:)

You might want to ask your doctor or a pharmicist about
it.
I think its pretty safe to use long term, but don't quote me on that and you should ask about
it.
