Not so much but have had bouts with restless leg syndrome or something similar.
Menses can mess with IBS. I don't get that. ;)
I don't get migranes either, but serotonin is involved in IBS and in migranes.
There is a new treatment for migranes.
There is a strong link between depression and pain. Parts of both are processed in the same areas of the brain. Depression can make pain worse and the pain can make depression worse.

This could be a type of functional dyspepsia a type of heartburn, yes. This is not that uncommon either.
