constipation, what can i do

so i recently had a stomach wrap and could not go poo for 2 days, then 2 good days. since then upped my paxil and now i cant go, suppository, miralex..nothing what can i do

In Australia I believe Miralax is the same as Movicol...please correct me if wrong.
Anyway, I found Movicol works very well but does take some time.

These are upper gi symptoms and problems as opposed to IBS which is a lower gi problem.
