Hi everybody
Cramps and pain kept on diminishing so I felt I am not in danger and just kept on taking my usual vitamins and minerals and Aloe Vera juice (I started the juice in begiing Februray, maybe this is the reason why I gradually got better towards mid0Feb. and finall remission by mi March?).
Thanks to this forum, I noticed that menstrual periods rhythm was connected with abdominal cramps episodes, but it went milder form Feb to March and nothing in April.
Now, Monday and Tuesday, I had to go to Dharamasala where the Tibetan government in exile is, and I could consult the BEST Tibetan doctors... the circumstances were such that I attended a very good one on Monday and maybe the Best of all on Tuesday.
And both said, by guts are inflammatory.
And gave me Tibetan treatment.
I am relieved to know there is inflammation, at least there is something. I was previously thinking that since my case is not so severe compared to some others, colonoscopy and biopsy may not find anything -- nothing was found in my sister's case, and she has very similar symtoms as mine, and nothing was found in the case of my mother, but her symtoms are less similar.
The thing is, when Tibetan Doc. are really good, they are far better in diagnostic that the most sophisticated modern medical equipment. This, I have notices it for many cases in the past, when i assisted a very talented Tibetan Doc in Delhi (Dr Dolkar, see her www. dolkarherbal.com or somthing like that)
The thing is, get a very good doc. if your case is tricky.
I'll let you know how the treatment works. I have 2 months medicine with me, and if I can't attend a very good Tibetan doc, I will repeat it for another 2 months (as advised by a friend you studies this medicine for 7 years and helped me meet these renowned doctors).
