Cure for Hemorrhoids/Piles

I am male 35 from Pakistan. For the last two year I was severely suffering from Hemorrhoids/Piles. I used tubes, changed diet plans and exercised. It helped a little but the pain would surface again. Secondly, the bleeding never stopped. It was always there in the stool. I am a kind of guy who usually avoids doctors. I was fed up and left every medication.
