Even healthy people will have undigested food in their stool. There are certain foods that do not break down in the stomach and pass thru the digestive track. Peas and corn are notorious for this as well as mushrooms. But I agree that it also depends on transit time. If you have a fast transit time, less food is being broken down and digested.
True, and more importantly less nutrients are being absorbed by the small intestine.
