Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Juice Plus Supplements

Hello, I'm new to this forum but I've had an experience I wanted to share & perhaps get some input.

I've suffered from extremely painful IBS for several years. I know many will understand me when I say that I gave birth with no issues because IBS prepared me fir the pain. When they diagnosed me, I had been in constant pain (in some way or another) for 2 months. I was diagnosed, given the anti-spasmatics & sent to a dieting consultant & sent home to figure it all out alone. It was horrible! I finally got to the point where I was having an episode once or twice a week. Those episodes were excruciatingly painful! After the episodes, I would be sore for a couple of days. This was after my diet changed & I was a treatment plan.

about 4 months ago, a friend approached me & told me she had started selling Juice Plus. She went through the spill & I agreed to try it, not because I thought I'd actually benefit but because I was helping her. I got the stuff in the mail & started taking it. After about 2 months, i forgot to take it a few weeks & noticed a decrease in energy but really I Only continued to take it because I refused to throw the money away.

**Sidenote: I recently had some Arthritis issues pop up & have been taking steroids to control the pain. In a nutshell, I've been craving some really weird foods lately & I've been eating them.

Last night I had a bout of IBS which was no doubt caused by the extremely fatty & fried crap I'd ate over the past 2 days. Usually, when the bouts kick up, I'd start to cry & think, "why does this happen to me so much?". This time it dawned on me that I haven't had any issues in a very long time. To be clear, since about 2 weeks after the Juice Plus. I can honestly say that I haven't thought about my IBS in a very long time. I started thinking about the bad crap I ate & how months ago I would have been terrified to eat that. I wasn't having the episodes, so I forgot about the IBS.

I'm totally not trying to sell anything, but I'm excited!! Has anyone else taken Juice Plus & had this type of response? Input please????

Extremely suspicious when people post their very first post and give a glowing review to a product that needs sales. Smells like spam to me.

I'd think better of it if longtime posters (anyone over 10 posts haha) tried this and reported on results.
