Hi all,
I'm 55, recently told I have IBS and am on medication.
I changed my diet and starting running and am feeling much better and have more energy, so that's great.
The cramping is getting less with the drugs I feel (1 week).
However I am panicking because my stools are flat. They come out easily and full with no pain but are flat.
If it was a tumor making my stools flat would I feel so well?
I'm just hoping for advice that can stop me worrying. My doctor said it was normal with IBS.
Many thanks
Jeff
