Question on Imodium ? Morning or night?

I have had diarrhea for almost 2 weeks and my doctor suggested I start taking imodium. I get diarrhea every morning. No cramping just explosive poo for a couple of hours.

Is it better to take it at night just before going to bed or in the morning before the diarrhea ?

How many imodiums should I start out with ? Doctor said 1 - 3.

I believe that the package directions say to take 1-2 tablets after the first loose stool. As far as taking it as a preventative, I'm not sure. You might want to visit the Imodium website. I bet they have directions for all diffferent ways to prevent diarrhea with their products. Let us know if it works!
