Hi there, sorry you're having such a rough time of it....I react to soy and dairy, and I hate to sound gross, but my stool is soft, not quite D...and it's marbled with a white color when I have the soy. Dairy just makes the stools really weird looking and really soft for a few days.
Soy is just bad news for me. In an effort to keep my love of a bowl of cereal or
cookies and milk alive, I've tried almond, rice and hemp milks too...they all do something funky to my stools.
