(No Subject)

 Hello, i'm new to this forum and and seems like i am not alone with my symptoms. I have extreme spasms in my butt sphincter so bad at times that i can't even sit down because the pain is so bad. One of my doctors seems to think it might be a pudendal nerve issue while my urologist just throws differant meds at me with varying degrees of awful side effects. Is there anyone out there that has similar symptoms and what have you tried that seems to help. I've been on nuerotin, elavil but never a muscle rlaxer which to me would seem to be way to go but doctors don't like being told that. Any info would be helpful. By the wayi'm a 53 yr old male and been suffering for a little over a year.
