Colonoscopy

Hello, I had a colonoscopy today and the doctor left before I could talk to him - he stopped by but I was still sleeping lol. He wrote down on the paper - Colon was twisted dialated - biopsy taken. Does anyone know what this means and if I should be worried? I am reading online that it could cause death etc and since I have lots of anxieties this makes me scared. I would think he would do something else if it was serious - I called the office and he is suppose to call me back but it may not be until Monday. Did anyone have any experience with this? I get lots of bloating, etc but do have pretty firm and large bowel movement everyday, sometimes more than once a day - depending on the fiber intake. If I eat more fiber, I have more bowel movements. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

OK Doctor just called me and said I have pretty long colon and there is no problems with it - he told me to eat a lot of fiber and there is no need to do anything else about it. I guess I always worry too much. Thank you.
