I was tested for Celiac and it came back negative. Even so, i am gluten sensitive and can't eat any wheat, oats, barley. The test may say you are ok but you can still be sensitive to these foods. It could even be the mayo that made you ill. Mayo does not agree with GERD/reflux/ibs for many people because it is high in fat. Try to stick to low fat, natural foods if you can. I had to cut out chocolate, greasy foods, many salad dressings made with oil and fried foods. It is often trial and error and we learn as we go what we can and can't have.
