Has anyone had success in using Bentyl to control the IBS? GI prescribed it 4X daily but I have been taking it on an as needed basis since I feel it it constipating.

Bentyl can be constipating but it helps stop the irregular contractions of the large intestine. I take it as needed as well. What dose do you take?
