im not sure what to do

im 17 i have had sharp pains in my stomach top bottom and middle of my stomach for a year now. I get dizzy feel sick iv been late for periods my pain gets much worse when im on.My skin has got worse iv had eczema for year but no it takes ages to go.I get redness above my eyes and cracking of the skin around my lips.I have had an ultra sound scan showed up nothing blood work done showed up nothing i went to the hospital to get a camera down my throat but he didnt do it because he just thought it was chronic ibs :S I have been on peppermint pills colofra buscopan audmonal and now im alverine citrate nothing has worked :( I just have no idea what to do anymore i cant go out i cant go to college or get a job or anything because of the pain i dont have constipation or diarrhea its just a really really sharp pain in my stomach if someone could hel that would be grate :)

thank you so much for your replay ^^ i went back to the doctors the other week he put me on more stupid ibs pills witch i think has made me stomach worse :S he said if thesse pills dont work he will send me to the hospital again to get a second opinion i honestly do not think that is is ibs but the doctors are so sure but yess i will fight this battle untill i know whats wrong ^^thank you again
