I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum.. I don't know where to post this.

Ive been suffering from constipation FOREVER. Im a 23 year old female.. probably don't eat the best foods but I do cleanse regularly and try to drink my recommended amount of water daily. I take 4 total magnesium capsules daily to help with bathroom troubles. I have had a colonic within the last 6 weeks. These problems were before my colonic though and theyre just getting worse.

I have hemmroids Im sure and anal fissures. Everytime I go to the restroom and wipe there blood. My bigges concern is recently ive started seeing and feeling these specks come out with my stool.Theyre hard to describe.. but one of them is a small rice shaped object that is clearish white and on both ends there seems to be a black nneedle like shape sticking out. Theyre probably like half the size of an actual rice grain. The other is this black speck and its rolled up but when I kind of roll it on the baby wipe it unravels to a tiny tiny string. Like maybe 2-3mm max. They don't move. They hurt so bad though. During and after my BM my bum hurts because its been scratched and torn. What are these things coming out of me? I seriously don't want to go to the restroom it hurts so bad. I have to wipe with baby wipes because toilet paper is too harsh but the wipes burn causing my stomach to ache.

HELP ME PLEASE!!

The other think you have also could be mucous only more solid. It also could be fiber that has not broken down. Not all fiber you eat is soluble.

It sounds like you might have an anal fissure. When I had them it felt like I was passing razor blades or shards of glass. You need to talk these issues over with your GP or gastroenterologist. I doubt you need an ER trip today though. Try soaking in a warm tub to lessen the pain on your bottom.

Also, colonics are not recommended as a way to control constipation. These might be making your problem worse - talk about it with your doctor too.

Me? I am completely new to this site looking for help and answers. I have gone to a doctor in the past and all she said was I am constipated and to take miralax.. which did not help me. Ive also tried stool softeners, milk of magnesium, and metamucil. Nothing helps. And if I don't take my magnesium daily I don't poop at all. I understand people have different feelings about colonics but I would much rather try natural remedies over drugs. Thank you all for your answers and suggestions so far though.

As I have mentioned in a couple of other forums on this website, I suffer from Pelvic Floor Dysfunction which makes it impossible for me to poop. My pelvic muscles are so tight, that my bowels can't move and I experience an array of types of bowel movements when I do go. When those muscles get tight (from lack of sleep and/or too much stress/anxiety), nothing gets through. No medication will work until the tension has subsided and things loosen up.

Currently, I am on a mission to get enough sleep every day and to do tension release exercises.

How did you figure out you have Pelvic Floor Dysfunction? I can only go if I take my magnesium. I took 3 400mg caps last night and have gone 2 times today.. both times I was in extreme pain and this second time I couldnt allow myself to finish it hurt so so bad! And those black specks are still coming out. In the first when I was wiping there was this big piece of pinkish stuff that came out and was a little thick.. not crazy thick but maybe like a stack of 10 papers? I think I am going to go ahead and get my husband to bring me to the hospital.. I really can't allow myself to poop again its so unbearable! As crazy as it may seemthus pain is so mmuch worse then laboring natural!
