Is it possible that IBS symptoms are occurring EVERY day over a LONG time?
In addition, are hemorrhoids and Fibromyalgia (have needle prick kind pains in my body) common in IBS sufferers?

many people with constipation or frequent diarrhea develop hemorrhoids. Also people that strain a lot when passing stools develop them. Women can get them during pregnancy and delivery.

There is no known correlation between IBS and fibromyalgia that I know of.

What are your IBS symptoms?

my syptoms are as follows:

1- every day gas, bloating
2-pain mainly in the right quadrant. sometimes sharp, sometimes almost zero.
3-multiple bowel movements
4-sometimes after bowel movements or sometimes during walking i get irritation of my anus (i think irrittaion of hemorrhoids) i get bright a little blood when i wipe my anus.
5- when i strain or when i have hard stools, blood steaks on the surface of stool . and again when i strain myself sometimes i get mucous with blood on surface of stool. but when no strain, no blood.
