Correct me if Im wrong, I base my knowledge off GAPs and FODMAP.
Some fibre or sugars dont break down well, in fact promote bad bacteria, hence gas and IBS etc. Thats the theory (which I hope Im understanding correctly?)
Then why do some people go on about smoothies being far better for you because your getting all the fibre etc.
For me personally I look at my FODMAP list and I use the vegges that are good to semi good for ME personally, I then blend them.
Why would I want to add the fibre back?
