Prepping for my Lower/Upper GI tomorrow

14 day supply of miralax in 1/2 gallon of water. I started around 10am (4 hours ago) and I'm about half or more done. Nothing yet. In fact, my dog's belly is grumbling more than mine! How long does it usually take to start working?

Stormie - I meant to reply before now, the UC forum here is very active and lots of members over there have recent experience with bowel preps. I dread my next bowel prep, used to take Fleet's Phospho Soda but it's been taken off the shelf.

You might have had more rapid replies on the UC forum, even if you mentioned you didn't have the UC diagnosis. Nice group of members over there too.

Stormie- I took Suprep prescription and it took a long while for it to kick in for me, too. I didn't have my first BM until after midnight.

I hope it went well! The prep was the worst for me. The procedure wasn't bad at all.
