Sibo testing

Hello,

Im supposed to take my Sibo breath test tomorrow. When I read the directions it said not to take magnesium hydroxide in the last week before taking the test. Ive been taking magnesium oxide every night. Does anyone know if the oxide and hydroxide is the same? Im assuming it is.
