I will try new things
This is what I usually do
Get up at 6:30am
Drink my water with Miralax
Afterwards I drink 16 oz more of water
30 minutes later I have my 2 Diet Doctor Peppers (Usually 2 a day on occassion a third in the afternoon)
Three times a week I'll have my cheerios dry or with milk (2% milk) after my pops.
I often wonder if its just too hard on my stomach to drink pop before eating something now.
I have CP use crutches to get around on I do pretty well. I'm just not active enough. Wonder how much activity at minimum I should shoot for.
So I came here to get ideas on what things I should try and eat drink.
