Hyoscomine.....does it make anyone's cramps & diarrhea much much worse? It does not seem to help.

I have ibs and was put on hyoscomine. Gallbladder & appendix both removed. When my ibs symptoms first Come on, I take the hyoscomine as directed, but I swear it feels worse taking it.....????? Anyone else have this happen? What other meds should I discuss with my doctor?
