Sorry no one has answered. The answer is that until you have a diagnosis of some disease there is no forum here exactly for you. You'll have to do a search for C. dificile and go from there.
If you do not get better with antibiotic treatment you could look into fecal transplant, if it is offered in your area. That is cutting edge treatment and many who have IBD wish they could get it but cannot. It's only offered as a last resort for C. dificile cases that do not respond to multiple courses of antibiotics.
It's hard to say whether the antibiotics caused C. dif or not. Many with IBD use a very strong pro-biotic called VSL#3 which is available mail-order in US. It is expensive but worth it if it works. It is many, many times stronger than on-the-shelf probiotics and has research to back up it's effectiveness.
If I were you I'd order 30 packets and give it a try.
It sounds like your gut bacteria has been out of whack for a while. Sorry can't be more help.
