Hey!
So here's a little info - I have IBS (so I'm told) & Anxiety
I've seen a GI and had some tests done, don't know what they were and the doc wasn't too nice. I also had a colonoscopy which was normal. I havn't tried any medications for the IBS. When I have Diarrhea I take Imodium and it'll stop but it'll work for days too long.
So I've been doing research and this is the plan I've come up with.

1) Rifaximin / Xifaxan - To make sure it isn't a bacterial thing
2) Artichoke Leaf Extract - I've heard this can help with IBS symptoms
3) Cutting out Dairy
4) Cutting out Gluten

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

going gluten free is very difficult and expensive,,,,,,just an fyi I did find a product called gluten cutter that seems to work fairly well. I use this when I go to a restaurant just to be on the safe side. I personally cant handle any gluten at all.

Going GF is not expensive - just don't buy the GF special foods. It can be challenging to eliminate gluten from your diet, but if you can think of it as a three week experiment, it might be easier to wrap your mind around it.

Thank you guys so much for your advice. Like I said I'm trying to start this thing all over and get a reason why it's happening. Might just be the anxiety but I'm willing to try everything else first before believing that.
