I just thought I would share this with you all, with hopes that it may help someone. I was struggling with cramping. What I have found is if I eat every 2 hours, the cramping pain is mild/minimal. I am on a LOWFODMAPS diet, and I was still experiencing cramping. With my job it is not easy to eat every 2 hours but I am working it out. My mom told me when I was a baby I ate every 2 hours in small increments. Maybe our systems are just built differently. I am not perfect, but my quality of life is better. I feel like I can manage this now. I have also ordered the Buscopan for bad days, hopefully that will work too.
