lower right abdominal pain

Nine months ago I started having pain in my lower right abdomen, it is a dull achy pain. When I eat the pain gets worse accompanied by extreme fatique, nausea, body pain and I get emotional and weepy. My guts start gurling and I lots of belching and gas.


I've had all the test for gallbladder, mri's, cat scans and nothing shows up.

I'm thinking it might be my ileocecal valve not working correctly.

This is something new in addition to my regular(no pun intended) IBS-D.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I get all of those things...it's driving me nuts. Today the pain has gone more lower and in the middle. Im sick of going to the docs...
I know you posted thid in August pls let me know if you found out what it is.
