Pain bowels

I took a look at all the forums and this is the only one that I could find that might have some insight because I know my doctor doesn't. about 6 weeks ago I started having rectal pain a week later it was prostate pain, then another week later my bowel or bowel area started hurting me and have been hurting me for over a month. For over a month I've been in pain, discomfort, and misery. Riding in the car hurts me and I went grocery shopping today and when I got back I was in pain. I went to the ER 3 times but nothing works and I'm getting a colonoscopy sometime in the future and a pelvic CT with IV scan tomorrow. The pain is just getting worse. The pain is in the bowel area which is about 2 or 3 inches pass my prostate. I'm not constipated even if the ER doctor says I am because she said the CT scan said I'm constipated so I got cleaned out and it sure didn't help. Also it feels like I have to poop but can't in the afternoon or evening and I have 2 good bowel movements in the morning. For a couple of hour in the morning I don't feel to bad but it gets worst as the day goes by. Anyway has anyone had this problem?
