First of all, I have no idea how much 238gms is cup wise. Also I have two 32oz Gatorade bottles. How do we mix all this? Husband is to take 3 Ducolox tabs at 10AM then start Miralax at 2pm I think.

Is this for a bowel prep? I always divide a medium size bottle of miralax between the 2 Gatorade bottles.

Yes, bowel prep. Only have a
Large container of Miralax. Think I read 8.3 oz total sip will divide that in two.
