Consistent green stool?

Is it normal with ibs to have consistent green stool? It's been green for like 10 days every time I've went to the bathroom except for maybe one or two times. I'm also positive it's not from diet. I have had diarhrea a few times but even when it's solid its been green?

If it's not diet related and your stool is green, usually it's indicative that something is going wrong with your gall bladder.

Wouldn't I also be having bad pain? I mean I have had some mild lower stomach pain but I've had that for years so I feel like the pain is ibs related.

I read a lot over here but normally do not post. I would get to my GP & have a stool sample test. Not saying this is your problem, however, green stools are indicative of possibly having what is called c-diff. Its an infection that requires antibiotics. Nasty thing to get & can be difficult to get rid of.
