This is not fun being in a flare since before Halloween. Does anyone else have both of these conditions? My endoscopy showed gastritis and a hiatal hernia and my colonoscopy showed inflammation but haven't gotten back results from biopsy... I have almost constant loose stools even if they start out normal. Does anyone else have both conditions?
After my colonoscopy, I didn't have a bowl movement for4 days-then it was almost normal for two days and now I have diahrrea again and not sure what to take, think or do....
Have been taking probiotics,?DGL,?slippery elm, omneprazole 40 mg 1x a day...

You poor woman.... I can totally relate.... I've been diagnosed with gastritis, but nothing seems to help... I am going to see about getting an endoscopy done to see if I have the H. Pylori stomach germ, or something else entirely.... Have been battling this off and on since the summer, I've had CT Scans, X-Rays, Blood Tests, Urine Tests, and yields nothing.... So we'll see what the specialist says when I see about getting it done, and I'll trade notes with you in case I happen to have exactly what you have.

I have both IBS and gastritis. I am constantly in pain in my stomach area for over 2 years. H.pylori was found and i was treated with antibiotics 4 times!!! Only last treatment was successful and i don't have H.Pylory anymore but i still have the same stomach pain almost every day. I am on a diet which does matter somehow but looks like my problem is stress-related so docs can't help me much
