I don't get into the low carb diet for people who are trying to lose weight because I don't think it's healthy, HOWEVER, we're a totally different bunch of people and all the things that are healthy--vegetables and fruit--tend to make us worse, so I say go for it. I don't think it could make you any worse than you are now and if it helps, it helps.
