Would it be ok to eat like grahm carckers, toast, bananas, yogurt.stuff like that is what I have been taking to lunch with me IM hoping none of this will set my stomach off. What do you all think? Any suggestions would be great!! Ohh sorry...I have been suffering form loose stools and frequent BM's.

None of those things that you listed bother me personally and they are all easy on my gut but remember everyone is different so the best thing is just to try them out. Do you have a food diary of things that bother you? Remember its not always the food itself but also what its made with (ingredients).

Do you get frequent heartburn? If so, I would eliminate the banana as they are super acidic. HOWEVER, bananas are notorious for slowing down D. If you can tolerate it I'm sure it will be fantastic for you.
Everything else on your list should be fair game.
Good luck!

Dehydrated bananas (aka banana chips), like you find in trail mixes, will constipate anyone in enough dosage. A handful or two should do it. I think they get into your guts and rehydrate and suck up all the fluid in there. I love them, but I have to be careful not to eat more than a small handful in a day or they will stop me up (and I am usually a bit runny/soft).
