one week post surgery update

Hi All,  Well it has been one week..  I am a little disapointed in how I feel.  I guess I thought this was it this was going to cure me..  Well it has not yet..  I have alot of gas pressure and pain..  I guess I will have to give my body time to heal..  Since they did the gallbladder and appendix and lyessis of adhesions on my colon..  This was my 5th abdominal surgery to try to fix the problem..  I have no more organs to take out!! lol...  I will freak if this does not help me somewhat..  I am just anxious..  Thanks for listening...

ryleigh, Don't get too discouraged yet. I have posted to you before only in another name. ( kyhurst ) I too was having same symptoms as you. I had mine removed in march. It took me longer than anyone said to feel better. Don't get me wrong I still have problems, they believe mine is caused by auto im disease though. I will tell you it took me months to get rid of the gas & pressure, I still have bouts but not as severe. It sounds to me like they really worked on you , so it will take you longer to recover. Hang in there & know you have my blessings.
