That's probably gas; pain from a bad gall bladder, stomach ulcer or appendix, while it can radiate away from the source, it almost always stays in one place (like my gall bladder always hurt me across my diaphram and up into my right arm). Pain that moves around is usually gas, although IBSers can have pains that move around their intestines that may or may not be gas related (we don't know exactly what causes their pains). Have you tried any gas reducing medicines like gas-x? I have used cheap, chewable gas relief tablets for after-meal gas cramps and overly-full feelings. The Gas-X and other pills like it, though, may work better lower down in the intestines.
