hi every one

god i had such a godo nigth last nigth. i have nt ben out for so long. i didnt go mad wiht the drinks. it felt good to be socailising wiht my mates agian even thuogh i was on the loo all time.

i am raelly paying the prise today thugoh. i am in pain well sides are and cant stop going to loo. but feel good in funny kind of way. all i gotta do now is lose weigth as got date for an op gotta have soon.

amasing hta a nigth out can do!

Hooray for oneday!!!! J That's so great you had a good time out. Sometimes the price we pay the next day can be worth it. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat healthy -- you wouldn't want to add to the D by eating too much junk today. If you've got some probiotics or yogurt you might want to add them into your diet today too. Both should help with your D. Have you tried the calcium route yet? And what is this about losing weight and a date? I'm intrigued, please elaborate...

hi ya
i am still suffering two days later but as yuo say small prize to pay. well may be not thta small. i am giong in to hsopialt for an op on my nose in june so i need to lose some weitgh. just hope my stomach get ssorted by thne other wise thta could be intretsering. i have been on a gluten free diet at mo. not doing anything thogouh. i have aslo been on a dairy free diet to and thta dindt help much. it seems thatit doesnt mater what i eat i still seem to be on the loo all the time. my councilor has sucessed thta i have cognative behauor therapy. she thinks thta migth help me more. only troulbe is it will take months to get.
