internal hemroids???

i was wondering how deep internal hemroids can go....i have a burning pain deep inside my rectum...i can also feel that there is something there when i walk or do anything...i know that there is something there...it feels about the size of a little marball...can this be a hemroid?

it does not hurt when i use the washroom only after, the doctor has diagnosed me with IBS but he wants me to do a lower xray done... im really hoping its not a tumor...i asked for a colonopsy but he siad it would take 6 months for me to get one..

if anyone out there knows what this can be please tell me....thank you

It sounds like hemorrhoids possibly. Instead of a full colonoscopy for now, you may want to talk to your doc about a proctoscopy which I think that they can do without anesthesia so it would prevent the need for a full panel of docs. Being that hemorrhoids can get irritated after a BM and cause pain after makes it sound like it possibly is, but its always better to rule out cancer before assuming.
