Ive been trying so hard in the last 3 months to eat right and do what I know I should do .and I was doing so good till here latly
after I eat the middle of my stamach hurts so bad a burning felling. It fells that I may have ulcers but un shure. and I have been having
better bowl habbits till here latly allso. I dont know what happening.has anyone had this before? thanks

Hi caregirl,

If you are having a burning feeling I would definitely see the doc. This has been one of my symptoms with past ulcers and I describe it as if someone is taking a hot poker in a very small area. Ulcers never affected my lower GI problems, just upper with increased heartburn, nausea, and vomiting but since you are having a change in patterns along with this burning, I would definitely bring it up.

I cant get in to see the dr yet till next week a friend gave me some nexium and when I take them of a morning before I eat
it want burn like it did. so I dont kow whats going on. and Thanks

Nexium is not meant to take as needed as its a medicine that is designed to work long term and work its way into the body before you see results. The best bet for you would be to take something an antacid OTC for immediate care until you can get your doc to prescribe for you.
