I am a bit freaked out right now...
I'm still waiting to have my sigmoid...thing... And well, as I went to the bathroom not long ago I noticed I had some blood in my mucus!! Should I be very very worried? Cuz I am very very worried!!!

Blood can be caused by a number of things. Are you still noticing it? I would definitely make a call to your doc if its ongoing. I have blood related to my diverticulosis and I know it can be caused by hemmies too but your doctor must rule out IBD (Crohn's and Colitis) as well as colon cancer. Is there a reason why you are not getting a full colonoscopy and just a sigmoid?

The reason I'm not getting a full is that the doctor decided so. If it was just me I'd rather get a full (why half do things? Check the whole shebang.) Probably because I'm just 23 years old so big problems are probably ruled out by that.
It was just a tiny bit of blood... and frankly, I wonder, could it have been something I ate and not blood? It wasn't a lot of red, maybe the equivalent of one drop or two of whatever it was mixed with mucus, and it was the first time I had something red in my mucus. Well, that I noticed I mean...
I haven't been at the bathroom yet today... I know I didn't feel any pain when it came out so I'm not quite sure it could've been a fissure. I usually do a lot of fissures see...
Maybe i worry too much?

I do see red in my stool sometimes from what I ate. There are some foods and I couldn't tell you what kinds that do resemble red mucus when it comes out (maybe someone can shed more light on this). Yes, we as IBSers tend to be experts on what our waste products look like after awhile... sad but true lol.

I wouldn't worry about
the possible blood unless you see it again. Keep watch and see if you're straining with your BMs. You might just have a hemmie. The doc should be able to confirm (or deny) when he scopes you.

Well I'm always straining with my BMs... I have constipation pretty often, it comes out always in a weird shape too. Squished or tiny tiny. The size keeps varying from a regular size to tiny drops though so I guess that means there's no real obstruction and it's just really IBS..
I'll keep watch! (Ew!) Thanks!
So does anyone know what kind of food can ressemble red mucus or tint it red so I won't freak out if I eat some and see that? :P

It really sounds like you might just have a hemmie or fissure. They are quite common with chronic constipation. Have you tried a stool softener?

Red koolaid or red jello, beets, or tomato products can cause red stool mixed in with mucus or if you are talking fiber (soluble) it will cause it to resemble a gel like substance and that can mix with the red food that you are passing. I hope its nothing serious but I'm glad you are getting it checked out.

Well I take water with fiber powder in it one or two times a day... And I do have some magnesia milk that I take whenever it's been a few days since I went to the bathroom. I admit, I'm not too good at dealing with this yet. It's just so confusing....
